How to Use the EMS Foot Massager Pad:
- Charge the Device: Fully charge the device if necessary, and attach the LCD controller to the foot mat.
- Position Your Feet: Place the foot massager on both feet. (Note: The device will only operate when both feet are in contact with the mat.)
- Turn On the Device: Press the “+” button to power on the massager, then click the “M” button to select your desired massage mode.
- Adjust Intensity: Use the “+” button to increase the intensity or the “-” button to decrease it according to your comfort level.
- Power Off: When finished, press the “-” button until the display shows “0”, then click the “-” button again to turn off the device.

Great Mat works Super. I use it for the heel spur. Used to buy massagers with gel stickers, but the mat is more convenient-no need to change the stickers. Cost 14 shekels. In Israel I found the same mat in an orthopedic store for 200! Shekels. Just robbery. The delivery took 8 days.
